By using the application, registering on it, or accepting these terms by any means, whether as a Client or as a Technician, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of your own free will, and that you are legally competent to do so.
For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to each:
"Application": The digital platform owned by a natural person (the App Owner), available on smartphones (iOS and Android), designed to connect clients with maintenance service providers.
"App Owner": The natural person who owns and operates the application and acts solely as a technical intermediary.
"User": Any natural or legal person using the application, whether as a Client or Technician.
"Technician": Any maintenance service provider (electrician, plumber, carpenter, HVAC technician, etc.) who uses the application to offer services.
"Client": The person requesting a maintenance service through the application.
"Service": Any maintenance service agreed upon between the Technician and the Client through the application.
"Fees": Any amounts payable for using the application, whether as a commission, subscription, or additional charge.
The application serves solely as an online platform that enables communication between Technicians and Clients. The App Owner does not personally provide any maintenance services.
The App Owner shall not bear any legal or technical liability for the quality of services or obligations arising from agreements between the parties.
The direct legal relationship exists only between the Client and the Technician, with both parties bound by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Once the Client enters the service completion button agreed upon with the Technician into the application, the Client acknowledges and understands that no contractual relationship or obligation exists between the Client and the App Owner in relation to that service, and that all obligations lie solely between the Client and the Technician.
The user must be over 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
Registration requires providing accurate and complete information, including full name, phone number, and location.
The Client agrees to communicate with Technicians only through the application and not to use it for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
The Technician must be qualified, licensed (where applicable), and possess the necessary expertise.
The Technician must provide accurate professional details, and the App Owner reserves the right to request official documents or suspend the account in case of suspected violations.
The Technician agrees to adhere to professional ethics and safety and hygiene standards.
The App Owner may impose:
Monthly or annual subscription fees for Technicians.
A fixed commission or a percentage of each service request completed through the application.
Additional service fees depending on the type of service or peak times.
The Client pays in cash after the service is completed, and the commission or fees are paid by the technician in the case of cash payment through purchasing cards within the application, or the Client shall pay the full value of the service in advance through the application using approved electronic payment methods. The App Owner shall hold the amount until the Client enters the service completion button agreed upon with the Technician, at which point the due amount shall be transferred to the Technician after deducting the agreed commission or fees.
The App Owner may amend the fees or commission rates by providing at least seven (7) days’ prior notice.
The App Owner shall bear no responsibility for any financial arrangements made outside the application’s payment system.
Ensure the accuracy of service request details, location, and timing.
Not use the application to request fictitious or unnecessary services.
Rate the Technician after service completion.
Adhere to agreed appointment times and prices.
Perform the work to a high standard, in a lawful and safe manner.
Not engage in off-platform agreements without the App Owner’s approval.
A request may be canceled without charge before the Technician arrives.
If canceled after the Technician’s arrival, partial fees may apply.
If the service is not performed, the paid amount will be refunded according to the applicable financial policies.
The App Owner reserves the right to deduct any due commission despite cancellation if it is proven that part of the service has already been carried out.
The App Owner does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of services provided by Technicians and bears no liability for any material or moral damages resulting therefrom.
The User is solely responsible for verifying the qualifications and suitability of the Technician.
The App Owner shall not be liable for any losses, thefts, damages, or accidents arising from direct dealings between the parties.
The Client shall bear full legal and personal responsibility in the event that they allow a Technician or service provider to enter any private premises under their control (such as their home, office, or workplace). The Client acknowledges that such access is granted solely at their own discretion and initiative, without any recommendation, direction, or involvement by the App Owner, who shall bear no liability whatsoever for any resulting consequences.
The App Owner reserves the right to edit or delete any review containing offensive language, inappropriate content, or unsubstantiated accusations.
Content published through the application is subject to moderation and may be removed if it violates these terms.
The App Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, misuses the application, or causes harm to another party.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time, provided all outstanding financial obligations are settled.
The App Owner is committed to protecting Users’ data in accordance with the Jordanian Data Protection Law.
User data shall not be sold or shared with third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.
The App Owner may amend these terms at any time, with such amendments taking effect after notifying Users via the application or email.
These terms are governed by the Electronic Transactions Law and the Consumer Protection Law of Jordan.
The Court of First Instance in Amman shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these terms.
